i was married last years Feb,2014 and i file in my application to ucsis using a lawyer in April 2014,i got my EAD and we went for interview in july 2014,but the interviewer understand my marriage is legit and he approved my i130 immediately we left the office but he refuse to approve my i485,the interview did not ask me much thing about my marriage but was he base on was about the P3 visa i use to enter the country and i explain everthing to him,2 weeks later i receive 2 envelop of approval of i130 and notice to denied letter of my i485,unless if i can file a waiver or i face the judge and they only gave me 30 days to do so, i spoke my lawyer but the lawyer advise me to ignore the waiver and wait to face the judge and i was very scared with that, one month later i receive another mail envelop that my i485 as been denied,so i waited for them to mail the curt date letter till Apri l2015 after my wife had our baby boy,we didnt hear from them and my lawyer was not taking my case serious after the denied later came anymore, so me and my wife decide for me to go and refile in another state with our i130 approval confirmation letter,so i decided to go NY and i got a lawyer and we started the re filing i765 and i485 with our previous approval of i130,may 22,2015,i receive my recipt and i went for biometric test june 19,2015 and no update since then on both.
My Question is : Are they still going to schedule us for interview upon our i130 that already been approval on our last filing because imconfuse with the below update.
