Green Card Approved - NYC
Hello All,

I know you guys waiting for the result of our interview and I'm very happy and excited to share with you guys. Here's the scenario:

We arrived on the Federal Plaza Bldg 30 minutes before our interview time so we waited for another 15 minutes before the Front Desk
let us registered and provided ticket for our interview since the allowed time to registered is 15 minutes before the interview time.

We waited more than an hour I guess 1 hour 30 minutes before the ISO called our number. We went inside and let us seated. I expected
he will swore us before the interview since that's what I read on this forum but it never happen to us.

The ISO checked his computer and paperworks for 3 minutes and we were silent while looking at home then after that he started to asked
questions. I will try to remember all the questions guys as he asked many things, lol

Who is the petitioner?
What is your spouse mother and father's name? (questions for both of us)
What is your spouse previous jobs and company? (questions for both us)
What is your spouse birthday? (question for both of us)
How much is your spouse Salary? (questions for both of us)
When and how you guys met? (questions for me)
When is the exact date of your official relationship as couple? (question to my spouse)
When did you get married? (question for me)
What is the date and month of your spouse hired date? (questions for me)
When was your first entry in the US? (question for me)
when is your last entry in the US? (question for me)
You enter as a tourist? on what category? (question for me)
Have met your spouse family and relatives? (questions for both of us)
He purchased the wedding ring? (question for me)
How much is the wedding ring? (question to my spouse?
Do you have criminal records? (questions for both of us)
What is your spouse middle name? (questions for me)

Then he checked and write something on our case paper works. Then he asked what are the documents that both of you can show that your marriage is bonafide?

We showed the following:

Bank Joint Account stament
Utility Bills statement both our name on it - Cable, Internet, Cellphohe, Electric Bill
Health insurance both our name on it
Life insurance both our name indicated as beneficiary
Least of contract
Marriage Certificate
Wedding and family album

He took the following documents:

Bank Joint Account stament
Utility Bills statement both our name on it - Cable, Internet, Cellphohe, Electric Bill
Health insurance both our name on it
Life insurance both our name indicated as beneficiary
5 pictures with our family and friends on the pic and our picture together

He browsed all the pictures in our wedding and family album. LOL

Then he said me, you need to come back to your physician so he can update your I-693, there are missing information so once you have
it come back here and give it to me so I can update and approved your case. So we went to the my physician and asked to update my I-693
and went back to the Federal Plaza bldg but when we arrived the ISo who interviewed us went home already and the Front Desk told us to
leave the documents to her and she will forward it to the ISO who interivewed us.

The interview went wall and we were able to answer all the question in a honest way. As of now my status is still not updated and we'll see for the
next coming days. I will keep everyone posted again.

I would like to say Thank you to this forum because it help us a lot to be prepared on our interview. Also, thank you to the members that I chatted here -
mrkrabbs, Tatsi, uksimon etc.... Thank you for giving some inputs on this forum.

Lastly, Don't get nervous if your marriage is true 'coz for sure you can answer all the question on the interview and my word of advise, never lie or guess
if you don't know the answer just say you don't know, because ISo people were trained on their profession so they can sense if you're lying or not and
look at to the ISO eyes while answering so he or she can sense that you're answer is real and true.

Good luck to all of us and My God bless us all. Have faith, patience and most importantly PRAY. :)
