Please help!...I filed my parents I-130 in June2015 but learned about concurrent filing now.I do not want them to wait for consular processing since they reside in a country that they are not nationals of.They have to renew visa with job so I don't know if they can stay for as long as the consular process takes.I don't want them living alone in their home country instead want them to come live with us....
Can somebody advise if there is hope in applying for adjustment of status( I-485) while they are in US & bypassing consular processing.Thanks!
