AOS filed in Detroit March 2015
Hi all, I've been following this forum for a while and appreciate all the numerous posts on everyone's experience with the AOS process. Currently, I'm on a L1B visa and I've filed my marriage based AOS and associated forms back in March 2015 in Detroit. Here's my timeline:
March 11th, 2015 - Sent I-485, I-130 and I-765 to Chicago lock box
March 23rd - Received texts with receipt #s
April 15th, 2015 - Received letter for biometrics appointment
May 18th, 2015 - Went for biometrics appointment at Detroit office
May 28th, 2015 - Received notification that EAD was approved and mailed
June 6th, 2015 - Picked up EAD card from the post office
July 3rd, 2015 - Date updated from March 23rd, 2015 to July 3rd, 2015 that the case is ready to be scheduled for an interview
Has anyone else had an experience with filing in Detroit around the March time frame as well?
I've been checking my mailbox everyday and will update this post as I have more information.
