Out of Status
I am currently out of status, came to the US on a B2 visa (visitor i think its called) and it expired on July 2,2015. My GC through marriage is still pending. My sisters getting married in Nov and i dont think ill have my GC by then. I've heard its pretty risky to leave while your case is still pending especially if your out of status. What can i do? Does anyone have any suggestions? Maybe infopass can help me? Are they able to stamp my passport? Suggestions would be nice.
