I-131 Travel Document
Hi all,
I entered the US under K1 visa (fiancee visa) in May 2015. I got married to my husband in June 2015 and we applied for the green card. Timeline is below:
July 15 2015: sent out form I-485 and form I-765
July 22 2015: received text from USCIS said that my case was received
August 10 2015: biometric
August 13: sent out document as RFE (I filled in form I-864 wrongly, about the household size)
My questions are:
1.) How long does it take to hear back from USCIS about form I-485? I live in Pittsburgh, PA.
2.) How long does it take to receive EAD card?
3.) I did not apply form I-131 Application for Travel Document. I have no idea how long it will be until I receive my green card and I want to go back to my country in Feb 2016. So am I still able to apply for Travel Document? If yes, do I have to pay any fee for it?
