Hi Everyone ! I'm going to ask questions, I hope you guys have any idea about Adjustment Status. Last year my mother in law came to United States for visit her daughter (which is my wife U.S. citizen) and we extend her visa for another 6 month but until now we have no any approved letter for visa extension from USCIS office it's been now 10 month.Now she want to adjust her status (I485)in here without leaving United State. So last month we apply I-130 for her. My question is in her case, after I-130 approve what are the application package should i submit together? Can you guys please give a any advise, that will be great for me thank you everyone......
