Running frustrated. Needs your assistance on what do to next.
Applied 03/28/2015.
Applications received 03/30/2015
Biometrics appointment 04/30/2015 done and completed
Since then to date I have been checking my status online and was told USCIS' actions on my case was mailed. I'm told they have started reviewing my case since July 6. That they have mailed me asking me to provide all necessary materials and if I don't receive the mail by July 20th I should call their 800 # which I did. The representative I spoke with give me a confirmation # and that I should receive the mail by August 12. To date nothing has happened.
Im now waiting for August 28, which will make me 30 days since I last spoke with the representative to email the center (Texas Service Center). Don't know whether is the way forward. I need your help please
