Hi guys,
My wife is a USC. I'm currently working near Philadelphia, PA. She has moved to my place from CA.
My application details has our Philadelphia address.
Timeline:
7-4-2015 : Sent package with I-485, I-130, I-765, I-131.
7-14-2015: Received NOTICES for each on the forms.
7-15-2015: Online status for I-1485 shows finger print fee for application was received.
7-23-2015: Recieved BIOMETRICS appointment receipt for 8-3-2015. Sent it back same day requesting re-schedule of appointment as I would be out of town.
7-28-2015: Recieved New BIOMETRICS APPOINTMENT for 8-18-2015
8-18-2015: Had biometrics appointment.
8-25-2015: "As of August 25, 2015, we are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSC **** **, for an interview. We will schedule your interview and send you a notice."
When is the EAD sent? any idea?
This is my case status so far.
I know this link provides estimated time frame. But how to I look up delays for Philadelphia pplication. I had submitted to Illinois lockbox. Help is appreciated. Thanks!
