Hi guys, thank you so much for all the information shared in this forum.
Since My husband and I are running out of time, I decided to ask if does anyone have some information regarding the timeline after the biometrics.
My timeline:
06/05 uscis received all forms I-130, I-131, I-765
07/14 biometrics done
Since then We didn't hear from them, and they never updated the website in our case.
Our lawyers made a request on the 75th day, to check our situation since our visa and work authorization is gonna expire on 09/09.
Does anyone has the timeline to share after biometrics, when did you guys received the EAD? We just need this document, for us its not a problem to wait for a green card if we have the work authorization to keep our jobs.
