Me and my wive send get married in nov 2010 ,she was a GC holder at that time and we filled only I 130 to and it was approved by May 2011
As priority date was away to far we wait until priority date come and filled in August 2013 an I 485 to Adjust my Status ,we've been in to interview on March 20 2014 the Interview was Ok i believe lady was first time interviewing smbd she told us that she will be more then happy to approve us but there is no Visa available for us and if my wive get to be Citizen at that moment everything was much more easy but it's not.So by the End of August we got a denial because I remain without status all this time till I filled I 485 and she was only a GC holder.
This year my wive became a USC and we filled again I 485 how do the forum think are the chances to get interview again???
August 26 received NEw application
August 27 fee for fingerprint approved and I 765
waiting for the mail
