Hi everyone, this forum has helped me understand this process. I wanted to go out of the country for my best friend's wedding, but this is just taking too long.
I married my husband 01/2015, Im in Phoenix AZ
Here is my timeline:
04/20/2015 Mailed packet (I-485, EAD, I-131
04/23/2015 Packet received
05/04/2015 Biometrics Appt letter
05/20/2015 Biometric Appt done
05/26/2015 As of May 26th Case ready for Interview
07/04/2015 Then it changed as of July 4th case ready for interview.
07/26/2015 EAD received but not with I-131 approved
07/28/2015 Sent I-131 again
It has been 3 months since my case said that it was ready for an interview, but I still haven't received anything. Also I didn't get the advance parole yet either.
Is anyone in Phoenix experiencing the same thing?
Any help or comments will help.
