Scottish man set to marry a girl from Colorado
Hey guys. I'm a 27 year old Scottish veteran. I met my partner while on Holiday in Colorado. Im travelling back over on the 12th of October o a B2 visa and we are due to get Married on the 10th of December.
Just a bit stumped on the "adjustment of status" part. Afer we are married we will both be
sending off the relevant paperwork. But if i am supposed to leave the states again on the 22nd of March.
Would my adjustment of status come in before this to allow me to stay with my wife?
