I have a question for who that can help with me with very unique situation,
I am here in the USA maintaining full time student status. I am also working full time on CPT as I am going to MBA School here where I live. I got married to US citizen this summer and applied for green card in July 2015. Today my EAD card just got in production, so I will be getting it next week. Now my question is should I still need to maintain full time student status until I get my green card? I am definitely going to finish my second master (MBA) but I don’t want to hurry up as I have to maintain my financial situation.
Another reason, why am I asking this question? - I am travelling to India end of this year. And let’s assume if I don’t receive green card by December. In order to maintain fulltime student status, I have come back to USA right next day after my wedding ceremony in India to maintain student status by not missing more than two classes in the next semester.
Any suggestions ?
