Hi everyone,
I have an issue that is bothering me and i wanted to get some opinions on this.
So my husband (USC) and i got married in this summer (June) and we are adjusting my status from F1 student. We met in college and have known each other for almost 3 yrs now but only started dating a year before we got married. Now this is the issue, he had a "one nightstand" some months before we got engaged which i forgave him for because our relationship was a long distance at that time. We found out earlier this year that the lady was pregnant but she wasn't sure if the child was his. Anyway, the child has been born and we determined that's my husband's child. I do not have a problem with this; i love the baby as if she was mine and i even get along with the mother, but somehow i just feel that USCIS might see this as a red flag.
What are your thoughts?
