Hi everyone. I've been following this forum to try and gain an understand of the time frame it may take for my process. I am wondering if anyone can give me an idea of how much longer we may have until I receive my EAD card. This is my timeline.
APR 1, 2015 - Married my US husband =))
JULY 6, 2015 - Application for adjustment of status (I-485), Petition for Relative (I-130), plus the work authorization and travel doc received by USCIS.
AUG 4, 2015 - biometrics done - Memphis field office
AUG 18, 2015 - RFE sent to us - needed tax return (only sent W2's originally)
SEPT 2, 2015 - RFE received and notice of case opened again sent to us
That's everything up to date. I am wondering if anyone can say an approx. of how much longer it will be until my EAD card should sent?
