plz help me on I-485 vs food stamps
Hello Friends,
I came to US after getting 10 year multiple visa, but coz of overstayed, my status is now illegal.
I m living with my boy friend from 2 years, he is citizen, and now we have decided to get marry. But he used to take food stamps to survive, coz of his low income.
Please help me, if we get married, will he help me in adjustment of my immigration status or not?
Or do I get green card if I marry him...?????
