Possible to divorce
Good Afternoon friends. I got married on April 25th 2014, filed for all the paper work required to get permanent residency. Unfortunately Detroit field office in MI had canceled our interviews due to unforeseen circumstances according to their explanation in the letter we received. Up to this time, my wife has developed a bad attitude that I can not take and I want out of this marriage. We now separated due to all this. My question is, is it possible to file for divorce right now? I have been talking to a friend that I have know for a log time and have developed interest in her already. Please be careful how you respond that you dont judge me.
