Hi,
I am married to an American citizen since 2014. We recently sent our AOS package. We sent I-130, I-485, I-765. I already got my Biometrics done this week. We forgot to send I- 864 with the package.
Today we got an RFE e-mail notification.
My question is : My spouse last year claimed my two cousins (under 21) on his last years income tax return. They're american citizens but they don't live with us. They live abroad.
When filling I-864, should we list them as part of our household size? What would be the proper and correct action?
