This forum has been wonderful in more ways than one. It has helped me and the guys here are simply wonderful to say the least!!! Here is my time line so far, this may help someone to believe that patience is the key word once you file AOS with USCIS
07/23/2015- Package( I-485, I-130 and I-765 mailed to USCIS
07/24/2015- Mailed received by USCIS
07/31/2015- Received 3 form I-797C for the three forms
08/01/2015- Received ASC Appointment notice for biometric for 08/20/2015
08/30/2015- Received mail to appear for interview in first week of October 2015
09/25/2015- EAD received in mail with joy
This is the summary of my experience so far, by next week I will appear for the interview and I will keep you all posted as regards that too. I have waited endlessly for the EAD because it's only my wife that has been sustaining us so now it's time to get my Social Security and start working.
Finally, I need any useful advice and input concerning what to expect from the interview. My wife and I are so nervous about it.... By the way, I'm filling from Ohio State. Thanks
