Travel with Advanced Parole when your Adjustment of Status is Pending
I had applied for Adjustment of Status, EAD, Advanced Parole on family based. My F1 opt got expired on July 12, 2015. I gave my biometrics on Sept 24, 2015 and after researching i found out that the Processing date of AOS in Santa Ana, CA is 8-10 months. But the problem is I need to travel back home on January. Is it safe to travel with Advanced Parole from Current application even if my F1 Opt is expired(also it will cross the 180 days in January). Also my country has been given TPS status by USCIS if I apply the TPS will it effect my current application? And will i be able to travel with Advanced Parole of current application with TPS?.
