AOS "Name Update"
Hi, I'm hoping somebody can help me out on this.
I've applied for AOS through my husband ( us citizen).
Sent off pack July 1st
NOA received July 6th
Rfe received July 27th
Biometrics completed August 5th
RFE sent back September 14th
RFE received September 18th
. I received an update on my case on September 26th saying
" On September 26 th 2015 we updated your name for your form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization. "
Has anybody else received this? Does anybody know what this mean? Because I never sent off anything name changes and I've used my maiden name in everything I sent off.
