Anyone know how much longer for EAD and interview?
I live in Michigan and here is my experience so far...
I485/i765 received by USCIS: 24Jul2015
Biometrics completed: 20Aug2015
RFE letter dated: 12Aug2015
Information submitted and received by USCIS: 26Aug2015
I know the RFE is causing a delay...I think the EAD should arrive before November 6th (90 days including lag time) but not sure...can anyone confirm? Also when should we expect an interview? Thank you!
