Please Help me..These documents enough for US Visitor Visa,..?

Dear Friends. Actually i have done my masters in MCA. I have 3.5 years experience as an office assistant in University.I have employment detail & NOC from the University which mentioned that i am employee that university,my designation,period of job, my annual salary.winter vacation is coming in December and University already sanctioned that winter vacation leave to me.

I want to apply for US Visitor visa. My father have own property.The value of that property is approximate 65 to 70 laks.Moreover i have 4 to 5 laks bank balance in my own bank account, I have affidavit from my father which mentioned that they will be bear all the expenses during my visit to US.kindly suggest or advice me. These documents are enough to apply for US visitor visa.
