AOS with TPS through USC (NYC-LI)
Hello everyone, I have been following this site for some time now, My wife (USC) live in NY and I recently applied for AOS through marriage, My wife and I have been together for 7+ years and 1.5 years as a married couple. We are doing everything through a lawyer, he is handling everything for me, I just wrote him a check for his fees and the application fees and he will write the check for the application, I am hoping that all goes well for me, I was wondering what the timeline from start to finish will be for me to hear back from USCIS, I will do my best to update my status to see if it fits others timeline, If the lawyer submitted the application this week I shall expect to hear back in 3-4 weeks based on the information he provided.
