Finally interview is scheduled
I got a text message at 4:30 am from USCIS asking me to check online update. Finally I got an interview scheduled on November 16, 2015. Woohoo! The wait is over. Thanks Aleksandra for telling me to call higher level of CS. I'll keep you updated on my interview.
