Hello All:
Can you please help me to understand how to read the processing time from USCIS service center website. Texas processing center lists "February 16 2015" for I-485 employment base. What does it mean? People who applied I-485 on Feb 16th are being picked now or is it the priority date that was marked for PERM submission? How should I set my expectation?
I have employment based immigration filed from San Jose, CA. My file went to Texas service center. It was received by USCIS on July 24th (concurrent filing). EAD and AP got approved last week (8th of October), but no news on AOS.
Anyone has similar timeline?
