I just have a question regarding an EAD approval.
On September 29th we sent our AOS package ( which included I
-485 and I-765). A week later we got a RFE regarding I-485 (We forgot to send the Affidavit of Support Form along with it). Couple days later we sent the missing form.
And how long does it take to get your EAD approved after biometrics done?
I was just wondering if by getting a RFE on I-485 would affect or delay the EAD (I-765) card aproval process ?
