Interview Update
It's been a long wait in New York and finally I wrapped up this whole process with my interview today. I wasn't quite sure what to expect but it was quite different based on other experiences I've read on here. Lol. Our interviewer was very hard to read and she definitely had her poker face on. I took stacks of documents with me and they only asked for a few of them which included, joint bank account records, lease, health insurance and life insurance. She didn't even ask for the tax transcripts I spent a lot of time getting, but I insisted on handing it to her. She also took a number of our printed photographs, and insisted we give her the ones of us facing the camera. She only asked my husband 4 questions which where as follows

1) how did you and your wife meet
2) when did you get married
3) when is her birthday
4) what year did you meet

The interview lasted about 10 mins. After the interview was done she told us we would get a decision in 30 days. I had barely gotten half way home when I got a USCIS notification stating my i485 and i130 had been approved and my green card had gone into production.

My priority date was December 23rd 2014 and my interview took place at holtsville, Long Island immigration office. All in all it was pretty straight forward. Oh and I must mention my husband and I don't have a joint bank account and that didn't seem to pose a problem for us. We simply told her we didn't have one and gave her other documents.

Thanks to those of you I've interacted with on here and I know some of you have your own interviews coming up, so I hope this helps.
