Adjustment of Status - I-485

Hello Everyone!

Thank you all for this amazing forum. It has being SO helpful :) I have a couple questions about when I would I be getting my interview. I got here with a F-1 visa. We live in New Jersey. This is my timeline:

06/22/2015: Married my wonderful husband
07/17/2015: Mailed my forms to the Chicago Lockbox (I-485, I-130, I-131, I-756)
07/24/2015: Got e-mails/texts sating as for July 20th 2015 the recieved my forms and they routed them to National Benefits Center
08/04/2015: Got letter for Biometrics
08/18/2015: Biometrics done at Elizabeth, NJ
08/26/2015: Status changed to "As of August 26, 2015 we are ready to register form I-485 for an interview"
09/18/2015: EAD approved
10/02/2015: Got EAD + Advance Parole combo card in the mail

We haven't heard anything since.
Does anyone know what the processing times for interview are in NJ?, I have read stories here of people waiting for an interview for like a year and I'm getting a lil anxi here.

I have tried to check the NBC processing times but they don't have any for I-485. I checked the times for Newark, NJ office (not sure if it is the correct one) and under processing times it says: "January 20th 2015. What does that mean?

I appreciate anyone can tell me when should I be getting my interview.
