I have a question and also need some advice.
I'm married to a USC (1yr 5 months) and the interview is right around the corner. During the marriage he has been very very abusive in all ways possible . Which forced me to make several police reports and he was arrested once. The recent incident was about a month ago and I made another report and thus time there's a warrant out for him.
Will USCIS run a background check on him or only me as its nearly interview time? And if they do will they arrest him there, will it interfere with the case?
