Hello everybody, I am married to my beautiful wife, a US C. She filled for me, I-485, I-765, I-131, I-130, i do have a lawyer. All was sent at the same time.
Here's the breakdown in my case, Office is in Lee's Summit, MO.
June 30th, 2015 is my priority date
July 6th, receipt was sent to me
July 10th, Bio metric Appointment was sent for for the 31st
July 31st did the Bio metric
August 6th, Request to change home address
August 13th, Address was changed
August 7th, Case is ready to schedule for an interview
August 17th, Case is ready to schedule for an interview again
August 21st, Name was updated for I-765, I-131
September 1st, Card was ordered
September 2nd, Case was Approved for I-765 and I-131, Approved letter sent
September 8th, EAD Card was mailed
September 9th, Received card in the mail.
Now we haven't received anything about an interview date for I-485, does it normally take this long?
One more thing, we are familiar with what to bring to the interview to validate our marriage but we do not have a joint bank account but we do have the same bank and we transfer money to each other all the time. I do have utility bills under my name, we're planning to get a car under both our names, we have pictures ect.... I don't want anything to go wrong in the interview. Any advice would help thank you.
