Hi guys! Here is an updated timeline of my AoS (from F-1 to Green Card) in Norfolk, VA:
07/31/15 ~ USCIS received package (I-130, I-765 & I-485)
08/10/15 ~ They deposited checks for payments
08/11/15 ~ Received text msg & email with case # receipt. Official to follow in mail.
08/24/15 ~ Received Request for Initial Evidence (RFE) form I-485. Biometrics app. scheduled 09/02/15
09/02/15 ~ Biometrics appintment in Lorton, VA (took about an hour)
09/10/15 ~ They received my RFE response.
09/30/15 ~ Case is Ready to be Scheduled for a interview
10/02/15 ~ (I-765) EAD approved & ordered
10/09/15 ~ Received EAD card on mail! Yay!!!
10/15/15 ~ Went to Social Security to change my last name
10/23/15 ~ Received new SSC with my new last name!
I am still waiting for my interview appointment.... :(
Does anybody knows how long it may take to get the interview appointment in Norfolk, VA?
