Still waiting for an interview update......
USCIS received my RFE packet (needed a sponcer) on 10/6/15
I'm at 21 days waiting for an update still says "evidence received" by USCIS.
I'm filing from California and thru marriage.
Any one know or experience how long takes for USCIS to update once received the RFE packet?.
As far as priority date has March 3rd 2015, but I'm assuming don't matter if filing thru marriage.
So far 57 days since we file AOS, it was going fast then it stop
