Adjustment of Status - I-485

Hi, my priority date for marriage based I485 (AOS from H1B to GC) is Aug 7th. FFingerprinting was done and I already received work permit and AP after 2 months of filing. I have been a Chicago resident from the time I filed I485 and I am expecting interview in Chicago. Based on current backlog at this location field office (by looking at the USCIS processing times on their website), I am expecting to get interview date in Jan 2016. My question is- I might need to move to the west coast (changing job) and I understand that I will file AR11 for change in address.

The question I have is- Will the USCIS automatically change my place of interview to the state that I move to? Will it also impact my priority date ( eg. I move in Nov and the USCIS moves my file to the new location, will the clock start ticking from the start again and take the time as per the backlog at the new field office)? I don't mind coming back to Chicago for the interview but I will not have any residence/address proof here and I do understand that the change of address is a mandatory thing to be reported to USCIS when we have an application pending.

Anyone who has had a similar experience, can you please advise if the overall time frame in my process will be impacted i.e priority dates changing due to the file being moved to a new location etc.?
