Advance parole
Hello everyone! my husband got approved for his I 130 form as well as his I485 form. He did his biometrics and got approved to be scheduled for an interview. However, he still cannot travel. He got approved for the employment card to work in the US. But didn't realize that UCIS did not receive the I 131 advance parole form. If his visa B1 in B2 is expired and He get approved for the advanced parole. Can He still leave the US and return without having any problems entering back to the US while We are waiting for the date of the interview to be scheduled . Please help
