So my husband and I filed a i485, i130. i131 and 1765. The timeline as follows
9/4/15- 1485, I130, I131, and i1765 we placed in placed
9/14/15- received receipt notice
9/22/15- received appointment for biometrics for 10/6/15
10/6/15- completed biometrics
10/21/15- received notice that interview is ready to be scheduled.
10/28/15- received interview scheduled date 12/2/15.
Will my husband receive his EAD and Travel Permit? We haven't receive anything yet. I didn't realize out interview will be scheduled so soon. I hope that a good thing.
