AOS
Hi guys, I just wanna share with your guys my situation right now and if you guys have any idea helping my case move forward, I would be grateful for that.

July 22: USCIS received I485 & I765
August 10: done fingerprint
August 18: USCIS received RFE (dumb mistake on filling form I864, we left the household size blank)
..... Current: nothing new on status

My husband and I had an appointment with USCIS officer on Oct 20 and she found out my AOS is sent to Newark, NJ instead of Pittsburgh. She said she would take it back to Pitts and after that if everything is good, interview would be ready before Christmas. However, recently she sent us an email said that my case is not mistakenly sent to Newark Filed Office, my case is considered as waiver case so it is purposely sent to Newark. She aslo said waiver case is not always bad, no interview needed for waiver case. When we emailed her to ask about timeframe for waiver case, she didn't reply us.

I'm hopeless now cause I know waiver case would take up to 12 months. If that happens to me, I need to renew my EAD, my AP and do a whole new medical checkup which I guess it costs a bunch.

Guys, anything I can do to help my case? Thanks a lot
