Sept 3, 2015 -- Filed EB2 - I485 (AOS), I140 & EAD/AP Application - Texas, Dallas Center
Sept 17, 2015 -- approved I140 - premium processing
Sept 21, 2015 -- Fingerprints / Biometric appt. done
Since then no updates on the status.. Nothing like EAD app is in process or nothing about interview.
The I485 & EAD status says:
On September 3, 2015, we received your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number SRC- YYYY and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by October 3, 2015, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
Is it normal to not get an update on bio-metrics done, ead in process, etc. ?
Should I be concerned ?
Should I expect to receive the EAD in 90-days from the date of filing?
Please let me, pretty tensed.
