Long journey but finally..
Timeline as follows:
Jul 2 Sent in I-485, I-130 and I-765
Jul 6 Received by USCIS; priority date set
Jul 14 Received notice of receipt
Aug 5 Biometrics appointment
Aug 18 Received RFE online
Aug 27 Responded to RFE
Sept 2 RFE response received by USCIS
Oct 1 Requested expedite EAD (denied; normal processing)
Oct 15 Requested expedite EAD (denied; normal processing)
Oct 27 Reached out to congressperson
Oct 30 USCIS responded to congressman that 2nd RFE was sent to me
Nov 2 USCIS said there was no 2nd RFE and was requested to review my case
Nov 6 USCIS expedited my case and I was told there was "human error"; EAD will be expedited and I-485 put in normal processing. Received online notice that card is in production
Nov 9 Received notice that EAD approved and notice is sent
Nov 12 Received notice that card is mailed
Nov 13 Called USCIS to get USPS number but was told card was not sent
Nov 14 Received card (after 131 days from priority date and 73 days from USCIS receiving my response to RFE)
Such a big cluster f*. If I didn't reach out to my congressman, I would not have received my EAD card within the current timeline because of "human error". Really thankful!
I filed via an attorney and he was not as helpful as I thought he could be.
