EB3 Case
Hi guys,
My first post here. Just thought to apprise you all with my employment based green card case (EB3) updates. The I140 was approved somewhere in early July 2015 and I 485 (Adjustment of Status) was filed.
July 24th, 2015 - USCIS received my and family's I485
July 28th, 2015 - Fingerprints fees was accepted
August 18th, 2015 - Biometrics done
October 10th, 2015 - Received EAD/Travel Document received in the mail
November 16th, 2015 - USCIS website says the case was approved for my son and myself. Wife's is still pending.
