All: I have a curious case. I am currently working on a valid H1B Visa. I have filed for AOS based on F2A from my wife which is currently pending. I am waiting for my AP, EAD, interview. Biometrics are complete.
I do however foresee international travel in the near future and am wondering if that will affect my case? Will it be considered abandoned or will I face issues while re-entering the country.
