I am filing I-130 and I-485 and want to submit the package next week. There are few questions I am not sure how to answer on the forms, much appreciate your help.
-I-864: part 5: sponsor's household size: my husband (sponsor) supports only me and we do not have any other dependents. Can I answer this part as below:
item 1 (provide number you enter in Part 3, item 28): 1
item 2 (yourself- sponsor): auto-populate 1
item 3 (enter "1" if you are married, "0" if you r single): 1
and other items from item 4- item 7 I leave a blank. Or I write "0"?
item 8: household size: 2
Please advise if my answer is correct. Thanks for all replies.
