AOS interview experience at houston
Hello guys!

I had AOS interview at Houston USCIS. Interview lasted only 5 to 10 minutes. IO asked very standard questions. She had our applications, so she opened one form and asked questions from that form to verify all the information that we provided in all the forms. At the end of interview, she asked me do you have any documents like joint bank statements? I gave her our joint bank account statements, and life insurance policy. I tried to give her our health insurance document, but she told us that she had enough. At the end, She told us "Everything seems okay. We will let you know decision in 2 to 4 weeks." I want to know is it common that USCIS doesn't give decision on the spot? Are they generally take 2 to 4 weeks to make decision? Please let me know your experience or thoughts on post decision activity. I'll appreciate your responses.
