EAD/AP Approval notice at Nebraska service center
Hi Folks,
My priority date was 7th Dec 2014. I got married in March 2015 and applied for 485/130 with my spouse as my dependent. We are not cohabitating yet as both of us work in different cities. I finally applied for my green card on the 14th of Sept 2015 and it went to the Nebraska service center:
Receipt notice sent on 17th Sept 2015
Spouse fingerprint date : 10/19/15
My fingerprint date : 10/21/15
Spouse EAD card approval date : 11/20/15
I haven't got my EAD card yet. Would anyone happen to know how long before we hear back about the interview dates and when it might be scheduled for? Also, once the interview is done, would we get our Green cards soon after, or there would still be some processing time after that?
