My timeline so far
Sep 21. Lawyer sent the package
Sep 28. USCIS received the package
Oct 12. Receipts arrived and biometrics appointment arrived
Oct 15. Request for initial evidence.(Lawyer didn't send the original Birth Certificate)
Oct 19. Biometrics appointment, it took 15 minutes from arrival to the end of it.
Oct 20. Lawyer sent BC.
Oct 27. USCIS received the BC
Nov 4. Case status "As of November 4, 2015, we are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSC YYYY YYYY XX, for an interview." For the rest of applications (i-761, i-131, i-130) it hasn't changed
So far, so good. I'll post updates.
