Uscis received my application on September 21st. My priority are is September 21st.
I submitted I-485,I-131 and I-765.
Did finger print on Oct 15th. As of Oct 20th, my case has been showing that "As of this date, your case is ready to be scheduled for an interview". I live in Chicago by the way.
I plan to be traveling on December 13th to plan for my traditional wedding to occur in Nigeria in the summer time. My visit is from dec 13th to Jan 15th. I am so worried because I have not received my travel document and I'm scared that my interview may be scheduled for when I plan to be away. I am so stressed and freaking out.
When should I expect a response to all my documents? Is my case time abnormal? When should I expect my travel document and work permit? When is my interview likely to be scheduled for? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
