Adjustment of Status - I-485

Anyone here has filed office in Pittsburgh, PA? This office is delayed like a year !!! Most of other offices has started applications from Nov or Dec 2014. But Pittsburgh is still working on August 24 2014 !?!? I wonder why what takes them so long? Please don't say that because there is a million of applications. They can always hire people to work for them and make the process quicker.

My case has been pending since USCIS received my RFE's response on Aug 2015. Since then I haven't received anything saying they need more evidence or they deny me. I don't know if my application is still in NBC or they transfer it to Pittsburgh office. When I met IO at Pittsburgh through InfoPass, she gave me wrong answers! Guys, I'm hopeless !!! Have those people ever put themselves in our situations and tried to do the best of their job?

Sorry, just I'm really frustrated and upset about them!
