I485 still under review i30 approved renewed ead and parole
Hello guys,
I filed my i485 based on marriage to a USC in Denver co in July 2014
My i130 was still pending at the time. I was schedule for an interview for the i130 in August .. Everything went well.
I received my ead amd parole and a interview notice for September 2014 for my i485 interview .
My husband and I were separated. I went in first the IO asked me some questions about our wedding, our family, our apt etc. my husband went in after 20 min later the IO called me back in and said that our answer matched and that mid way into my husband questioning he was even tempting to just copy my answers. There were 2 questions that my husband forgot but it was nothing serious . We had a lawyer present. The IO reassured us that everything went well but that he didn't have our file yet with him so we will have to wait until he gets it and then a decision will be made . We we left the USCIS office confident. My i140 was approved November 2015
That is when the waiting started. On feb 2015 I received another interview notice for i485 for March 2015 .. We were surprised because we ve already done 2 interviews even though he told us at the second one he didn't have the file yet, we had never heard of a 3rd interview . When my lawyer got the notice she contacted the officer in charge and he reassured us that we wouldn't have to appear to the interview and that they are reviewing the case. On April 2015 I received a RFE for medical examination ( it has expired because I took them when I initially filed in July 2014)
I responded a week later. But my status online hasn't changed from "on February 18 2015 we scheduled you for an interview (...) my lawyer makes inquiry every month but they are still saying that my case is under review. I had renew my ead and parole (filed in June received it in sepentember 2015)
It's December and still nothing.. I am not sure what is taking them so long to review or even what they are reviewing since the only RFE they asked was medical exam and I responded immediately.. I am not sure what think guys I am getting stressed . Any input would be greatly appreciated. I am planning on going back for my master but it's holding me back because I am still waiting for a decision.
