Question on I765
Hi guys, i did a concurrent filing in March, 2015, have not heard a decision on my case yet... I did not apply for EAD (I-765) when I first filed the case. But i think i am gonna do it now. I was not sure what to do so i asked USCIS. Here is the dilemma:
The staff in our field office (Salt Lake City, Utah) told me that i will need to send them ALL the application docs, like what i did at the very beginning for concurrent filing. I just called USCIS Customer Service but was told that I just need to submit an I-765 and attach a copy of the I485 receipt showing it is pending. Which is true??? Anyone have experience?
